The Official Map of Manhattan Beach Resort

Manhattan Beach Resort was strategically built (and rebuilt) among a dense group of shoreline oak trees, once known as the Madison Grove. Many of these beloved oaks are several hundred years old and are thus, by far, the oldest inhabitants of Manhattan Beach. Therefore, it is our honor to preserve and protect these ancient beings as we represent only a brief moment in their governance over the land we share with them.

We are excited to share the newest resort map, which accurately designates each tree that is on or adjacent to our property (including pine trees, birch trees, etc.)

A Units: 1 Bed 1 Bath; 3 Bed 1 Bath.

B Units: 2 Bed 1 Bath; 3 Bed 1 Bath.

C Units: 1 Bed 1 Bath; 2 Bed 1 Bath; 3 Bed 2 Bath.

D Units: 3 Bed 1 Bath; 3 Bed 2 Bath.

Units are currently leased on an annual basis only.

Private Sand Beach

The largest private beach on West Lake Okoboji—strictly reserved for guest access only.

Swim Dock

Access the clean and refreshing spring-fed lake by using our large swim dock, which is equipped with three ladders.

Boat Hoist Services

Enjoy the ease of boating throughout the summer season due to our contracted hoist services and off-site hoist storage.

Landscape Maintenance

We are very grateful to our hardworking, fully-equipped grounds crew who keep Manhattan Beach in its beautiful condition year-round.

Private Parking

Designated spots (as well as additional space on the property) ensure each guest has sufficient parking options.

Private Laundromats

Though some units have been renovated to include laundry machines, two on-site laundromats are available to our guests for very convenient use.

Storage Options

Both on-site and off-site storage options are available to our guests.
